The Whitefish Winter Carnival Skijoring Committee is appealing to you for your sponsorship dollars to successfully stage the 2011 Skijoring event, January 28th and 29th, and 30th at the Whitefish City Airport.

Ski joring is a NASJA (North American Skijoring Association) sponsored speed event that uses a horse with a rider, to pull a skier through a designated snow course, over snow jumps and through gates, at top speed.

This year’s Whitefish Winter Carnival 2011 Skijoring event will see an increase in local competitors due to aggressive advertising within the valley, i.e. television, newspapers, radio stations and on the internet via NASJA, Whitefish Chamber of Commerce and Whitefish skijoring websites.


If your commitment for sponsorship is made by January 9th, 2011, you will be eligible for advertising space on our posters, web site, event programs and promotional merchandise/T-shirts. Payment can be made as late as January 16th, 2011.
